Independence
We are privately owned. We answer only to our clients and ourselves. This independence allows us to strive to do only that which is in the best interest of our clients. All of our services are performed on behalf of your board and its leadership. We are compensated for our time and expertise on a fee for service basis. Our compensation is never related to our recommendation. In this way, clients can be assured of the integrity of our service.
