Annual Executive Compensation
Participants often note that the Executive Compensation survey and reports provide them and their boards with valuable, up-to-date, independent market comparability information. The report will provide you with current information for setting your next year’s budget, and you will also have access to summaries reports and other resources analyzing the survey data.
How to Participate?
- There is no cost to participate or receive the final report, and all information is kept strictly confidential.
- September through November complete the survey via the secure link emailed to you, or any time throughout the year complete an Excel questionnaire and submit to wfarber@yaffeco.com or fax to 410-494-4151 (ATTN: Walter Farber)
- To ensure that your email address is in our database for receiving your secure survey link each year, please send your contact information (including your name, email, and position within the institution).
