Critical Access & Rural Hospital Executive Compensation Survey
The NRHA has partnered with Yaffe & Company, Inc., to conduct the 4th annual survey of executive compensation and benefits and provide a report to participating organizations at no cost. The survey report will provide valuable information that can help you assess your executive compensation programs in terms of market competitiveness and make more informed executive compensation decisions with current and reliable information.

About the Survey
The survey includes cash compensation and benefit information for the top 5 executive positions (view full list). All information provided by survey participants will be kept strictly confidential; data will be reported in summary form and no individual organization data will be identified.
In the report, data is broken out by Number of Beds, Net Patient Revenue, FTEs, state, and geographic region. Data within the report includes:
- Base Salary
- Total Compensation
- Benefits and Perquisites
- Retirement Programs
- Variable Pay
