We conduct several surveys each year that provide valuable governance information for our clients, such as the Executive Compensation Surveys we administer. One is a regional survey for Hospitals and Healthcare Systems and the other is a national survey for private Colleges and Universities. These surveys cover the compensation and benefits of several executive management positions, including the CEO/President.

Our response rates are one of the highest in the country. This allows us to provide accurate documentation to our clients so they can meet compliance and competitive requirements. We also supplement our market analysis with other public data.
Our Hospital and Healthcare System Executive Compensation survey is conducted in the winter of each year. Hospitals and Healthcare Systems located on the east coast from Maine to Florida, along with Ohio, Indiana and West Virginia are invited to participate. All participants receive a complimentary copy of the survey results.
