Judy Cox
Judy Cox joined Yaffe & Company, Inc. in 1982. She is a Vice President and the most senior client manager, overseeing the executive compensation process for a number of clients. With over 35 years of consulting experience, she has been instrumental in the development of many of the firm's services and compensation surveys. Having a background in qualified retirement programs, she has specialized in non-qualified deferred compensation programs for non-profit organizations. Judy has earned the World at Work designation of Certified Compensation Professional and the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation with fellowship status. She is a member of the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists, Working Professionals in Employee Benefits and the World at Work Association.
She and her family reside in Baltimore, Maryland.
