In 1976, Rian Yaffe founded the company and continues to lead the firm both as one of the Senior Consultants and as the Chairman and CEO.
His son, Alexander Yaffe, joined the company in 2001 and is now the President and Chief Operating Officer. Over the years the company has grown, but it has stayed true to its fundamental values of integrity, accountability, and independence. It has continued to focus on offering personalized governance services to non-profit organizations, particularly in healthcare and higher education.
