Summary

The Client Services Associate is a critical member of our client-based team that provides professional consulting services to not-for-profit organizations around executive and physician compensation, governance and succession planning. The Client Services Associate has regular client contact, and is responsible for initiating, prioritizing, and managing multiple client projects and timelines simultaneously. In addition, the Client Services Associate is required to critically analyze, develop, and review multiple types of related information. This will include providing support to fellow Client Services Associates for client deliverables. Other responsibilities and projects related to internal projects, service line development, research, or business development will also be assigned.

 

Required Work Experience

  • Consulting and Client Service experience preferable
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience preferred
  • Team and project supervision; project management, & data analysis.
  • Analytically strong. Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint

  • Work independently, in a team environment, and remotely (i.e. work from home)
  • Must be a good listener, critical thinker, and able to ask questions
  • Ability to analyze and extract information from written and numerical data
  • Experience with benchmarking (preferably Healthcare)
  • Ability to prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, and other Microsoft programs
  • Willing to travel, to be flexible and work under tight deadlines
  • Superior attention to detail and able to identify inconsistencies, track differences, diagnose problems, spot trends and reveal incomplete information
  • Attention to detail to include editing and proofing of documents/client deliverables
  • Interest in establishing, maintaining, and strengthening client relationships with senior executives, board members, and colleagues
  • Document Preparation: basic writing and editing; design, production, filing, sending and tracking of forms, letters, email, and reports.
