Developing a compensation program that is both thorough and explanatory is not just a task for large organizations. Rural organizations face the same challenges as the big players when attempting to develop a balanced, flexible and compliant compensation program. The IRS, news media, state attorney generals and the public continue to keep executive compensation programs in the spotlight more than ever before. It may seem as if developing a meaningful compensation program for your organization will be an overwhelmingly daunting task but with several simple steps, you can navigate through its challenges. In partnership with the National Rural Health Association, Yaffe & Company will be conducting a free webinar to explore the best practices for developing and implementing an effective executive compensation process that will withstand intense scrutiny and allow your organization to recruit and retain key talent.

We invite CEOs, Board Members, HR Directors, and Financial Officers to attend.
