Alexander Yaffe
Alexander began working at Yaffe & Company, Inc. in 2001. Since that time he has consulted on Executive Compensation, Supplemental Retirement, and Board Effectiveness projects with many of the firm's clients. In 2004 he began serving as the Practice Leader for Healthcare Trustee Services and has developed significant expertise in the technical aspects of Executive Compensation consulting and Deferred Compensation Plan Design and Implementation, as well as the regulatory requirements of compliance with numerous Internal Revenue Code Sections.
In January 2007, Alexander was named President and Chief Operating Officer of the firm. In addition to consulting with clients, he has been part of expert panels on these topics in the Baltimore/Washington area.
He resides in Baltimore, Maryland.
