Rian M. Yaffe
Rian M. Yaffe founded Yaffe & Company, Inc. in 1976 and currently presides as the company’s CEO and Chairman. Under his leadership and development, Yaffe has created a strong presence in the nonprofit marketplace across the country.
Rian graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, and subsequently received a master’s degree from Hopkins in liberal arts. Rian is a frequent speaker on executive compensation and benefits, regulatory compliance, succession planning, and performance assessments to audiences of Trustees and Presidents of 501(c)(3) organizations.
Rian and his wife reside in Baltimore, Maryland.
