Succession Planning/ Board Governance
Associate Level (4+ years of working experience)
The associate will assist the succession planning consultant in devising succession plans for nonprofit hospital executives, preparing materials for client meetings, attending client meetings, interviewing hospital employees, drafting minutes, and developing products and services.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and competencies:

» experience in business, human resources, marketing, or other related experience
» proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
» strong written and verbal communication skills
» a good listener and analyzer
» project management experience
» ability to balance multiple priorities
» may hold an advanced degree (MBA, JD, MHA, or other)
» may have experience in a search firm, consulting firm, or other b2b services organization
» may have organizational behavior or talent management experience
» may have experience developing questionnaires or surveys
» ability to travel
Executive Compensation Consultants
Senior Level (10+ years of experience)
» lifelong learner interested in pursuing new opportunities
» business, non-profit, healthcare or other related background
» advanced degree preferred
» a leader in both project and relationship management
» high level accomplishments throughout career
» have experience establishing relationships with senior executives and board members
» equally self-motivated to work independently and able to work in a team environment
» a good listener and analyzer
» ability to balance multiple projects
» proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft programs
» ability to travel
Mid-Career (5 to 10 years of workplace experience)
