Carolyn Harper
Lyn joined Yaffe & Company in 2009 as a senior consultant. While beginning her career as a financial analyst in program development and marketing for a large teaching hospital, she quickly became known for resolving more complex challenges by utilizing operations, marketing, and strategic direction in addition to the financial solutions, which combined created longer term value. Lyn has spent a large majority of her 25 year career working with public and private companies and pension funds throughout the US. She has served as an owner’s representative, specializing in repositioning troubled entities, sourcing new investments, and implementing strategic long range plans for businesses ranging in size from $5 million to $365 million.
Lyn received a Bachelor of Planning from the University of Virginia. She subsequently earned an MBA from the University’s Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business Administration.
Lyn and her family reside in Baltimore, Maryland.
